Refund policy

All Order are final

Due to the nature of our product we do not accept returns. We can not take back used cosmetic products. It also would not be efficient to send them back through the mail.

If our product arrives damaged, please contact us at help@mutima.co and we will assess it for either a new product or a refund.

Please remember that we want to reduce harm on the planet, so try to gift your unwanted product to someone else. In the absolute worst case and you choose to dispose it PLEASE COMPOST IT. It is entirely compostable.
